WHY do they behave the way they do? What goes on in a youth’s mind and psyche when he makes decisions? Why are they so vulnerable in a world filled with increasing vice?

HOW do we help friends/youth thrive in the 21st century? How do we intervene, or engage them positively? This session will teach theories and skills of utilizing Positive Youth Development such as the Strengths-finder framework, 101% principle, Positive Reframing, Remove & Replace principle etc.
